LEAD TIMES: Our soaps are made fresh as ordered. Please allow 4-8 business days processing prior to shipping. If you are in need of a faster processing time please contact us prior to ordering to see if we can accommodate your request.

SHIPPING: We ship Priority Mail or UPS depending on the size of your order. If your order is damaged in transit be sure to take photos of the damage and message us within 24-48 hrs of delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. We will however; take your issue into consideration. Please contact us with concerns.

RETURNS/REFUNDS: Returns are accepted within 14 business days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with no cutting or alteration. Buyer pays return shipping. We will refund or replace once we have received the items. We reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds that may not meet these conditions. Please contact us with concerns or questions.

CUSTOM ORDERS: We do accept some custom orders. Please contact us with your requests. Custom orders are not returnable or refundable and we do usually charge extra for custom orders due to time and cost consideration.

WHOLESALE: All of our soap loaves are priced at wholesale for your convenience. We do not offer discounts on bulk orders as the majority of our orders are bulk. We do offer coupon codes throughout the year to our repeat customers so that all of our customers can benefit from the savings. For savings on bulk orders please consider one of our multiple loaf listings. We have an UNCUT loaf or hand cut bars option on each loaf listing.
